It’s a read it later and book-highlight-manager… service. The main Readwise offering is a bit confusing. What you are looking for it the “READER” tool they make, and you get as a part of your overall subscription.
It’s a fantastic tool that is basically designed for my brain!
Reader is amazing! it’s a read it later service with build in RSS that has the best web clipper I have ever seen and the fastest search ever made! - and I ‘stash’ everything! EVERYTHING!
I have tried a lot of other applications, there ARE cheaper and there ARE easier to use, but there is no other service that combines RSS, read it later and highlighting in one package. Once you realise it replaces the RSS, its actually not that expensive.
There is some logic to having a unified tool for all this, like the notion web clipper and a good template, but it simply didn’t work for me… not that it matters as Readwise has full notion export built right in anyway!
